Dreamin on Thursday.....

I am so excited, I can not tell you. I get to see Melissa my sister in law and my bother Billy tonight. I have not seen Melissa since September and Billy since December. We miss them so much! They are only here for a few days but we will enjoy having them here and spending time together. They get to meet Autumn for the first time also.

For Dreaming on Thursday this week I decided to change it up and do a post about what things I could not dream of living without as a mommy of 5.

1. Boppy; I could not live without mine. It makes life so much easier. Not just for nursing but, for the kids to be able to hold Autumn and I prop her up on it after she eats so she does not spit up as much.
1. Small Mesh Baby Bath Chair; So I have to add another number 1 because it ties with my boppy, yes, I love it that much. It is one of my new must haves. I wish I would have had it with all of my others. It sounds silly I am sure but Autumn used to scream everytime I gave her a bath, we were just using one of those bath sponges but now this has to be the best $7 I have ever spent!!!!! She loves her bath. I got it at Walmart and yes it really was only $7.

2.  Baby wipes; What would i do without them?!?! I use them for everything even when I am not changing a diaper. I use them to clean up little hands and faces. If we are in the car I will even use them to wipe off the sticky dash board from those little hands that touch everything.

3. Baby Swing; How would I get anything done without this thing? Autumn has been sitting in her swing whenever I need to do something. She loves it, she wants to move at all times so this keeps her busy for awhile.

4. My Hotsling; I literally could not even think about going shopping without it. Autumn does not like to sit in her car seat while shopping we don't move enough I guess. She loves to be held. It makes it so much easier to shop anyway just to carry her.

5. Desitin; Yes it is a must, I actually just found Targets brand of original desitin and it is only $1.65,  so much cheeper then regular desitin. I despise Desitin creamy though, the original is by far the best. I even use it on Autumns little creases under her neck or in her little rolls on her legs if they are red. My kids have such sensitive skin so it seams I use it all the time!!

6. Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads; If I did not have them I would be soaked all the time. Hee Hee Hee. Love them, I have so many different kinds and these are by far the best.

7. Nursing cover; I can not tell you how much easier it is to nurse in public. I don't know what I ever did without it with my other kids.

8. Medela Pump; I would never get away if I did not have one of these. I love my pump. I have had it for at least 8 years now and it still works like new.

9. Band aids; silly I know but they make any kind of boo boo feel all better.

10. Burp clothes; my kids have all been spitters. With Autumn I go through at least 3 to 4 a day. I just love to use regular cloth diapers by gerber. They I have found are the best, they are so much more absorbent.

I hope you have enjoyed my list.

It sure does look like your a mommy. However, mommies only are not the only ones that use these items...grandmas, also use these items, a whole lot...Not one day goes by, that I don't have one or more of my grandkids over, and I am not complaining. The good Lord has blessed me for 3 lifetimes over.
I send you, and and your children, love through the miles.
