Today is a very special day for two extraordinary people. I can not tell you how much I love them and adore them. God has blessed me so much with such an amazing was family. My Mom is so AMAZING, my HERO. I love you both and hope you have the most Wonderful and Blessed Birthday!!!

Today is Dreaming on Thursday. 

I have been dreaming all week of a Carmel Macchiato from Starbucks. I just love Starbuck, I wish it was not so expensive for a silly Coffee that I so LOVE.....

I have also been dreaming this week of a day at the spa with my bestest friends. My mom, Melissa (my sister in law) and my sweet friend Dorcas. What an amazing day that would be of laughs and pampering, oh what sweet joys!!!   

Oh, I have been dreaming for months now of new clothes. I was almost tempted to nominate myself for What Not to Wear. But I don't think that would work. But new clothes and a day of shopping with no children would be AMAZING!!

I just had to share this video I took of Autumn last night it is WAY to stinken cute but yes, I am a tad partial. I just love baby smiles, laughs and talking. Sorry for the loud dishes in the background, my kids were unloading the dishwasher.

Autumn is really becoming such a happy. I am so blessed.

Family, family and more family...... We have been enjoying having family here visiting since the April 12th. Brian (Jenell's husband) and the girls left early yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon I went and picked up Jill (Craig's mom), Grandma Burton, Val, Ryan and Cassie from the airport, they will be here till the 5th. It has been so nice to see them all. We are just hanging out and visiting together.

Cooking

I will be the first to admit, cooking is not my favorite thing to do. But lately I have enjoyed it a little more but I have been trying to think ahead. If I know what I am going to make it just makes it do much easier and so much more enjoyable. So this last week we had breakfast for dinner; homemade pancakes, bacon and eggs. I have never been very good at making bacon, I either burned it or under cooked it. So when I went to make the bacon the one pan I normally use was dirty so I decided why not use the wok. Well, I have to say I made the most perfect bacon ever. It stayed in the grease and it stayed at an even temperature while cooking. I was so excited I had to share my find with you!

Chicken Enchiladas is one of our favorite dishes. Our pastors wife made them for use when I was on bed rest and I got the recipe for them. It really is such an easy meal.

4 to 6 chicken breast
tortillas
grated cheddar cheese
Green Chili Enchilada Sauce

Cook about 4 to 6 chicken breasts in the crock pot for around 4 or 5 hours on high with a can of chicken broth to make it moist. Once the chicken is cooked I shred the chicken. Then you take tortillas and layer the chicken, cheese and about 2 tablespoons full of the green sauce and then roll the tortillas and put them in a pan. Once you have all of the tortillas in the pan cover them with cheese and pour the rest of the green sauce over the tortillas. Bake at 350 for about 20 to 30 min. or until cheese is bubbly.

Top with sour cream and salsa
Even my kids love it and it is not to spicy.....   

Dreamin on Thursday.....

So guess what?!?!? One of my things I have been dreaming about came true. Only with God's BLESSING and my beautiful friend Dorcas did it come true. I am getting a Cricut Expression, I still can not believe it! I can not tell you how beyond excited I am. I will post tomorrow more but I just had to tell you my exciting news. I am doing a little happy dance!!!! Thank you Dorcas and thank you God for caring about even the little thing!!!

Favorite song

Today I just wanted to share with you this gift from God...... This song has to be my favorite song of all time and every time I hear it I can just feel God's loving arms around me.
I kept hearing it on the radio last month and I searched and searched to try to find it online. One day on the way home from picking the girls up from school they finally said who it was by; Tal and Acacia and it is called Yahweh. So I found it on youtube and I just have to share to share it with all of you. Now once in while when Alyssa calls the radio station she requests it for me, how sweet is that?!?!?!
They have a great program on the radio called Treehouse One, for the kids from 3pm to 5pm every week day. My kids love to listen and call in to answer the Bible question. It is so cute, they can even win prizes if they answer the question correct or they can earn money by learning memory verses. Alyssa has won 3 prizes now for answering the questions and is working on memorizing bible verses. They play an episode of Adventures in Odyssey everyday and my kids love to listen to the story's. My kids really look forward to it after school. It is such a great program and Miss Debbie is the sweetest person ever! We have been so very much enjoying Brian and the girls visit. They drove out to visit us and the rest of the family for a few weeks, they got here last Monday night. The girls have been here every chance they can playing. It has really been so much fun to have them here and the girls are enjoying each other so much. We have missed the so much!
Friday night Uncle Mark had all of the girls over for a slumber party which they enjoyed so much!!! Then Saturday evening he watched all of them plus Zander. Brian blessed us by taking Craig, Rex, Nora and I out to eat at Outback Steak House for dinner and then treated us also to a movie. We saw Date Night, it was a very funny movie but they did push the limits with the language for being a PG13 movie. Autumn and I stood in the back and watched it since she was not fond of the theater. (note to sell Autumn is not like my other baby's who would sleep through any movie) Wow, were my legs soar from bouncing and swaying for 2 hours. Autumn just did not like the theater at all, poor girl. I am guess it was the noise. She is a very light sleeper, which you would not think she would be with 4 siblings. It was a very fun night and we enjoyed hanging out with them so much!!

Tulips are love..... If you look through my house you can tell that I heart them. There are pictures of tulips, tulips on bedding in my girls room and if I could, I would have fresh tulips every week! The bedding I found for Autumn is tulips now if it was not so expensive it would already be in her crib......

Coffee, I could drink it all day everyday. I just love the flavor and the aroma!!! Oh, it looks so pretty too....

Baby feet, what more do I need to say? The are just so soft and cute...

Eternity has been my favorite perfume as far back as I can remember......

So I hope you are having a wonderful day! I have one very busy day ahead!! I have 3 hair cuts and a wax to do today plus take care of my beautiful children and do some laundry.

Fav Photo Tuesday.....

So I have been feeling inadequate, like I don't do enough or take good enough care of my children. Today I was reading Dorcas's blog, plus spending time praying and I just realized how blessed we truly are. This is why I am here to raise and LOVE my children. It does not matter in the least if we have a spotless house or that my children wear the best clothes. But for them to know that I love them and God loves them, that is my true purpose. To raise them to love God and do the best I can with God's help. It s so wonderful to know I can cry out to Him for help, strength and peace. I just need to do the best I can do with God's help.
Autumn's 2 month check up was today. Can you believe she was 2 months old on Sunday?!?! She is growing and is a healthy little girl, she now weighs 8 lbs and 15 oz. and is about 21 in. long, Still a little peanut but is growing up way to fast. She had 3 shots today and a oral vaccine for rotovirus. I have never heard of the rotovirus vaccine, my dr said it has been around now for about 2 years or so, how about anyone else have your children had it?
We had to do our grocery deal shopping today since our sales change tomorrow. I love the deals!! I went to Walmart today in search for a new nuk for Autumn since the soothie ones she got from the hospital don't stay in her mouth and they are the only ones she will take. So I found one and I am excited. I know silly but she needed one that would stop falling out. A friend from church told me about them and I had never heard of them, Playtex Binkie. They are the same shape as her playtex nurser bottle. I will have to let you know how she does with it after a few days.....

Busy, Busy, Busy.......

I cleaned the house top to bottom today: cleaned the 3 bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed, vacuumed the tiles, mopped, put laundry away and did the dishes. Wow, I think it has been months since I mopped the floor. Mopping and Laundry are on my top chores I hate to do list!!! Plus I did a haircut for a friend. On top of feeding, bathing, home work and having to stop to feed Autumn, it took me all day but it is all finished for the day. Tomorrow is another busy, busy day, 2 month check for Autumn, grocery shopping and everything else that comes with being a mom of 5....... and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job!!!!

Dreaming on Thursday or maybe Friday........

I have been so bad about updating my blog the last few days, I just keep finding things I should be doing. Like the dreaded LAUNDRY, cleaning, dishes and cooking, OH and cleaning windows......... Yes, I said windows I must have been feel ambitious, hehehehe, because I did almost all of the inside and outside of the windows except for the windows outside I could not reach. Amazing for me!!!!
This week Autumn has been a SLEEPY little girl! She is such a sweet heart and oh so smiley I love it!! It has been such a change from last week! I started giving her probiotics once a day buy getting my finger wet and dipping it in the probiotics and giving it to her. It has made a HUGE difference. She does not seem to be nearly in as much pain from her tummy hurting and she is sleeping wonderful at night too. I have been having to wake her up during the day to eat.
So yesterday was Dreaming on Thursday and I did not get a chance to post it so this week it is dreaming on Friday, HEHEHEHEHE. I have not done this post in a few weeks so here is what I am dreaming of this week......

First off my friend Dorcas and I have been joking about this all week. A money tree...... Wouldn't that ROCK!!!! What things we could buy and be debt free. Not to have to worry about anything would be amazing!!!

Next I am dreaming of a vacation with my hubby on a tropical Island. I would love to go back to Hawaii. It is such a beautiful relaxing place!!! My favorite place on earth.

Oh to dream, this is a really big dream of mine! To have my own scrapbooking room or even just a corner and to be organized so I can find it easily. Not to have to put everything away every time we have people over would be so AWESOME!!!!

So I made it through Spring Break without loosing my mind. I was close yesterday but I was saved by my wonderful husband coming home to save the day. He made dinner, cleaned up most of the kitchen, gave the kids a bath and even put them to bed. He is seriously the best, he new I was having a ruff day and he made it so much better by helping out so much!!! The girls are off to school and we are back to our normal more relaxed day, I hope.

Wonderful weekend.....

 We had a wonderful 3 days weekend. Friday Craig worked from home in the morning and then in the afternoon we went to the park in 29 Palms and hung out with friends and family. We played kickball, ate and played on the playground. It was a blast!! Wow, Craig and I think all of the guys were so soar from playing kickball or maybe they are just baby's, hehehehe. I was really funny, Saturday while I was out shopping Craig sent me a text; "trip to the emergency room $200, a bottle of neproxen sodium $10, a game of kickball with friends PRICELESS."

Saturday the girls went to a birthday party for a friend and I went shopping with Kelly and Joy, which was lots of fun! Something we have not done for a long time! I got some great deals at Jcpennys, 2 dresses and a shirt for Alyssa, 2 shirts for Zander and 5 onsies for Autumn all for $55. Plus I scored at Walmart a pair of skater sneakers for Alyssa for only $7, super cute too. I love shopping when I get such great deals!

Yesterday (Easter Sunday) we did a little Easter basket hunt at home, the kids enjoyed it. We also got together at Nora and Rex's to celebrate Jesus Resurrection and Rex's Birthday. Before all that, Church was amazing! I actually had a vision (first time), it was amazing. I have had words from the lord but never a vision. We had a family friend go home to be with Jesus on Saturday and she truly was a gift from God. Through all she went through she let her light shine for Him. Treston has suffered her whole life but as I saw in my vision she was dancing at His feet and praising Him and she is not in pain anymore. With all of the pain and suffering she went though it was all worth is all, just to sit and dance at Jesus feet. So let your light shine and all it takes is just a smile to let your light shine. Just a smile!!! God is so good and brought me such peace to know for all we go through her on earth it is worth it all in the end.
